Community Rules

These rules apply to all members across the chat, discussions, meetups and articles. They exist to keep UzHackHub safe, welcoming and genuinely useful for everyone who wants to learn security the right way.

Be Ethical

  1. Only perform testing that you are explicitly authorized to perform.
  2. Never hack a system without permission from its owner.
  3. No malware development targeting real victims.
  4. No doxing, harassment or threats of any kind.
  5. No sharing stolen data or leaked credentials.

Be Respectful

  1. No hate speech, discrimination or trolling.
  2. Keep discussions constructive and on-topic.
  3. No spamming or self-promotion without approval from the moderators.
  4. Respect the language mix: Uzbek, Russian and English are all welcome.

Be Safe

  1. Never share the personal data of other members.
  2. No phishing or social-engineering experiments on community members.
  3. Report suspicious messages to the moderators via Telegram.

Consequences

  1. First violations get a warning from a moderator.
  2. Repeated violations lead to a temporary mute.
  3. Severe or persistent violations result in a permanent ban.
  4. Appeals are possible: message a moderator on Telegram and explain the situation.

When in doubt - ask a moderator first.

The moderators are here to help, not to punish curiosity. A quick question up front saves everyone a lot of trouble later.
